Chanel’s original Mademoiselle turn-lock fastening had its debut on the 2.55 bag. Once Karl Lagerfeld was titled creative director of the house in the ‘80s, he introduced the interlocking CC turn-lock to replace it. From then on, it became one of Chanel’s symbols, and it’s seen on the front of this quilted belt bag.
